The accuracy of the length of corrugated board is very important. Assuming that the length of the board is different, it will affect the production scale of the box and the production cost of the board, so the accuracy of the cutting length of the board is very important, so what is the reason for cutting the components with different length?

　　(1)烘干机转速不稳定;

　　(2)横切刀齿轮之间有纸毛或损坏的齿轮、轴承;

　　(3)横切机无级齿轮啮合间隙过大或滚链老化松弛;

　　(3) The meshing clearance of the stepless gear of the crosscutting machine is too large or the roller chain is aged and loose;

　　(4)表面纸刹车张力过大;

　　(4) Too much surface paper brake tension;

　　(5)烘干机传动带卡瓦;

　　(6)立交桥单面纸板运行阻力过大;

　　Solution:

　　(1)检查烘干机主电机是否缺相，电压是否稳定，轴承是否损坏;

　　(1) Check whether the main motor of the dryer is lack of phase, whether the voltage is stable, and whether the bearing is damaged;

　　(2)将切根机滚齿之间的纸屑，更换齿轮轴承;

　　(2) Remove the paper scraps between the teeth of the root cutting machine and replace the gear bearing;

　　(3)增加润滑油或更换对立交桥各导纸辊不敏感的轴承，适当控制单面纸的真空吸附风量;

　　(3) Increase the lubricating oil or replace the bearing that is not sensitive to the paper guide roller of the overpass, and properly control the vacuum absorption air volume of single side paper;

　　(4)调整无级齿轮间隙，更换新链条或适当调整链条，拧紧设备;

　　(4) Adjust the clearance of the stepless gear, replace the new chain or adjust the chain properly, and tighten the equipment;

　　(5)经常安排干燥机的传送带,并坚持干燥机热板清洁,生产的输送带打滑现象在右边喷少量的水可以缓解,注意防止纸不是转移到干燥机空转,然后减少传输带和热板直接摩擦,否则传动皮带粗糙光滑,容易形成滑移现象;

　　(5) The conveyor belt of the dryer shall be arranged regularly, and the hot plate of the dryer shall be kept clean. The skid of the conveyor belt produced can be relieved by spraying a small amount of water on the right side. Attention shall be paid to prevent the paper from being transferred to the dryer for idling, and then the direct friction between the conveyor belt and the hot plate shall be reduced. Otherwise, the transmission belt shall be rough and smooth, which is prone to slip;

　　(6)降低表面纸制动力;

　　(6) Reduce the surface paper braking force;

　　(7)扫强磁场扰动。
