我们的通常是在硬技术方面,比如什么样的制版设备?什么样的设计技巧?什么样的打样机?如何使用墨水?如何制作一个合适的结构等等。这些都是很重要的,在实际工作中,笔者发现“软打样”这个环节很容易被忽略。即使技术很难,企业终也赚不到钱。很多时候,本来应该赚钱的订单后却赔钱了。这是技术与商业结合不当的结果。总的来说,从设计到样品制作都是由技术人员主导的过程,他们关心的是如何正确的去做,而不是如何经济的去做,如何让这样的产品与其他的产品协调,如何让后面的生产有一个良好的秩序。即使有对价,也没有终利润的责任。
We usually focus on hard technology, such as what kind of plate making equipment? What kind of design skills? What kind of proofing machine? How to use ink? How to make a suitable structure and so on. These are very important, in the actual work, the author found that "soft proofing" this link is easy to be ignored. Even if technology is difficult, companies will not make money in the end. Many times, orders that should have made money end up losing money. This is the result of the improper combination of technology and business. Generally speaking, the process from design to sample production is dominated by technicians. They are concerned about how to do it correctly, not how to do it economically, how to coordinate such products with other products, and how to make the later production have a good order. Even if there is consideration, there is no responsibility for final profit.
在这个过程中,技术生产线和经济生产线必须同时设计。经济生产就是如何从商业角度进行规模化生产,如何与其他产品的订单进行协调生产。作者称经济的生产过程为“软打样”(相对于纯技术角度的硬打样)过程。
