Many Jinan carton manufacturers will encounter the problem of printing double shadow and exposed white, which are two problems that often appear in the carton production process. How can we solve this problem correctly?

　　印刷图案或文字周围出现重影，是因为网纹辊与印版的压力过大引起的;印字前部边缘出现重影，则是因为印刷滚筒与压印辊之间的压力过大引起;大面积印刷透、漏白又是由于印刷辊与压印辊压力不够所产生。

　　The double shadow around the printed pattern or text is caused by the excessive pressure between the anilox roller and the plate; the double shadow at the front edge of the printed word is caused by the excessive pressure between the printing roller and the imprinting roller; the bottom penetration and white leakage of large-area printing are caused by the insufficient pressure between the printing roller and the imprinting roller.

　　解决印刷重影问题应当调整网纹辊和版辊之间的间隙和压力（俗称上压力）。

　　The gap and pressure between anilox roll and plate roll (commonly known as upper pressure) should be adjusted to solve the problem of printing duplication.

　　重影是因为上压力过大，网纹辊挤压印刷版（指柔性版）变形产生，因此要增加两辊的间隙，相应减少压力。

　　The reason for ghosting is that the overpressure causes the anilox roll to extrude the printing plate (referring to the flexible plate) to deform. Therefore, the gap between the two rolls should be increased and the pressure should be reduced accordingly.

　　解决印刷漏白问题则应调整版辊与压印辊之间的间隙和压力（俗称下压力）。由于版辊和压印辊间隙过大，遇大面积印刷产生不实，这就需要加大下压力。另外，印刷版不平整、版衬、印版硬度等质量都会影响到上述问题的产生，应进行局部调整。

　　To solve the problem of printing white leakage, the gap and pressure between the plate roller and the press roller should be adjusted (commonly known as the down pressure). As the gap between the master roll and the press roll is too large, in case of large-area printing, it is not true, which needs to increase the down pressure. In addition, the uneven printing plate, plate lining, plate hardness and other quality will affect the above problems, so local adjustment should be made.
