First of all, the customer wants to customize a heavy-duty cardboard box for very expensive appliance packaging. In the past, the factory used a slightly thick material and a better pattern when customizing. It was originally very simple, and the calibration was also very good-looking, but it was not satisfied with the actual production, and there was an unspeakable feeling that the high-grade was not high.
我们的技术人员对样品和实际的出产品做了对比，发现内部的材料被狸猫换太子了，之前打样的那个200g的芯纸，而是选择了180g的芯纸，然后再加上外层的有纹路特种纸覆盖之后，摸起来居然还真有那么一丢丢难以辨别，但是整体上来看，重型纸箱定制效果的厚度，四面的质量都弱了一些，看起来就不那么像是重型类的包装，而是一些普通纸箱而已了。
Our technicians made a comparison between the samples and the actual products, and found that the internal materials were replaced by civet cats. The 200g core paper that was proofed before was 180g core paper, and then covered with the outer special paper with lines. It was hard to distinguish the missing. But on the whole, the thickness of the customized effect of heavy cartons , the quality of the four sides is weaker. It doesn't look like a heavy-duty package, but some ordinary cartons.
以上问题也表明，纸板的质量有时与纸板的厚度不成比例。选择440g高质量的瓦楞纸板制作的5层2A坑纸板也比国产400g生产的7层3A坑质量更好。因此，定制的纸箱需要看的还有配纸的材料，并不是越厚越好
The above problems also show that the quality of cardboard is sometimes out of proportion to the thickness of cardboard. The quality of 5-layer 2A pit paperboard made of 440G high-quality corrugated paperboard is better than that of 7-layer 3A pit paperboard made in China. Therefore, the customized cartons need to see the paper materials, not the thicker the better
