在使用纸箱进行一些电器、贵重物品的包装时，会在部铺设一层纸托盘，纸托盘的存在是为了起到一定的支撑作用，防止电器在运输途中出现不必要的磕碰。据了解，大多数的纸托盘采用的原材料是纸浆、纸板等材料，这些材料经过的处理、加工制造成了广受包装行业青睐的纸托盘，纸托盘常用于集装、堆放、搬运和运输的放置货物和制品的水平平台装置。那么，纸托盘的正确使用方法是怎样的呢?

1、纸托盘的承载力和产品的放置通常基于样品。由于纸箱厂订单量大，遇到的客户数量多，个别客户的产品规格较多。如果改变货物的尺寸和位置，整个托盘的受力将不均匀。

2、包装时，必须注意托盘部的区域与托盘的表面积保持一致，以避免托盘因力不均匀、局部力或偏差而损坏和倒塌。
