提出要强化运用“以纸代木”包装已有三年之久，但现在的进展速度较为缓慢，尤其是在蜂窝纸箱的推广上。其中，主要的原因就是人们对蜂窝纸箱的了解还不够，乃存在一些误解和偏见。首当其冲就是终端用户的认识缺乏，他们普遍认为纸质包装的功能不及木质包装，而且关于节材代木的环保意识也比较薄弱。采访中有一些尚未采用蜂窝纸箱的终端用户就清晰表示，他们不愿意承担风险来改变现有的包装形式。

Among them, the main reason is that people's understanding of honeycomb carton is not enough, and even there are some misunderstandings and prejudices. In the interview, some end users who have not yet adopted the honeycomb carton made it clear that they are not willing to take the risk to change the existing packaging form.

从蜂窝纸箱本身功能上来看，多位受访者表示蜂窝纸箱存在一个致命的弱点，即防水、防潮功能较差。蜂窝纸箱存在哪几现在，即使大部分出口商品包装采用的蜂窝纸箱经过防水、防潮处理，蜂窝纸箱受潮或遇水严重后各项物理功能指标都会随之下降，方面困惑和挑战？导致内装商品受损，从而形成一定的经济损失。另外，蜂窝纸箱的强度也是一大担忧，尤其是戳穿强度和边压强度还有待提高。因而，现在蜂窝纸箱只能在某一范围内替代木箱包装，并不是完全取代。

Are they confused and challenged? It leads to the damage of the internal goods, thus forming a certain economic loss. In addition, the strength of honeycomb carton is also a big concern, especially the puncture strength and edge pressing strength need to be improved. Therefore, the honeycomb carton can only replace the wooden packing in a certain range, not completely.

3、生产成本高

蜂窝纸箱成本偏高也是不容忽视的一大问题。要想确保蜂窝纸箱具有较高的强度，就须采用进口高定量原纸或原纸，这样势必会添加原材料成本；如果制作工艺较为落后，蜂窝纸箱生产过程的损耗也会较高，一般，以一般瓦楞纸板损耗10%计算，重型瓦楞纸板将损耗20%，这样生产制形成本将会相应添加。如此一来，蜂窝纸箱的综合成本就大大添加。
