1、如果是新辊高材质里纸破裂，检查瓦楞楞型设计R-r差值是否合理，适当减小瓦楞压力。

2、新辊高速里纸破裂：瓦楞辊表面重新抛光。

3、小卷时里纸破裂：检查顶针水平，上下滑块键是否磨损，如磨损及时换向或更换，同时在做小卷时可适当松开顶针。

4、接纸机接纸里纸破裂：调整接纸机参数。特别是对克重档原纸的适应能力，随着国内企业普遍使用克重或档原纸来降成本，纸幅褶皱、纸幅撕裂、塌瓦碎瓦等现象随之而来，目前高性能接纸机通过纸幅展平技术、多重缓冲技术和小张力控制技术很大地提高了对原纸的适应能力。

5、瓦楞上胶面里纸破裂：可重新调整胶辊与瓦楞辊间隙。（在热机状况下调整）
