纸托盘的宽度、两支点间距离;在样品上表面加载部位，即产品长度方向的1/2中点，划一条线做为标志，以保证加载位置无误;加载压板及支座在与产品接触部位均加一硬橡胶垫，其宽度为10mm，厚度为5mm。

在装一些散件或者是袋装的产品时候，应当选择带有护角的纸栈板，产品边缘处须加好护叫保护。

在放置物品的时候，应该正确得将产品平均放置在卡板上面，使纸栈板的受力平均。

因为脚柱与脚柱之间的棉板比较脆弱，容易变形，如果放置的物品过于集中到面板的某一位置上造成受力不均匀容易导致纸栈板损坏或者撕裂现象。
