How to solve the problem of fat package or bulge package?

1、餐具纸箱厂将纸箱的瓦楞楞型确定为合适的楞型在A型、C型、B型瓦楞中，B型的瓦楞高度是很的，虽然耐垂直压力性能较差，但平面压力是很好的。纸箱采用B型瓦楞后，虽然空纸箱的抗压强度会下降一些，但内装物具有自支撑性，堆放时能承受一部分堆码重量，因此产品的堆码效果也不错。在生产实际中，可根据具体情况选用不同的楞型。

如果仓库库位允许，纸箱厂尽量不要堆两个铲板高。如果要堆两个铲板高的话，为了防止成品堆码时荷重的集中，可在堆垛中间夹上一张瓦楞纸板或是采用平面铲板。
