一是确定纸箱的外在长、宽、高，通常情况下三层、五层纸箱的纸厚度有标准规定，当我们进行选择测量时要以实际装入物品的长、宽、高为标准，之后加上定做纸箱的测量厚度就是纸箱外部的尺寸了。一般情况下纸箱厂是通过默认外箱尺寸的，客户在定做纸箱的时候一定要事先告诉纸箱厂家，外箱与内箱的尺寸。

When we choose to measure, we should take the actual length, width and height of the loaded items as the standard, and then add the measurement thickness of the custom-made carton, which is the external size of the carton. 二是选择的纸箱制作材质，根据客户自己对所装货物的轻重程度、成本状况，来进行合理的纸箱材质选择，正常情况下纸箱都是由纸板制作成的，普通纸箱是由瓦楞纸板进行制作的，瓦楞纸板是分面的纸、瓦楞纸、芯纸，里纸的材质好坏优劣一般与每平米具体的重量有密切关系，每平米内重量越重的质量就越好。

三是纸箱厚度的具体选择，纸的克重如果相同的情况下，楞高的缓冲性能就比较好，硬度就会差。瓦楞的楞高矮的话，纸的缓冲性能就比较差，但硬度好，质量的好坏与厚度有比较大的关系。

The third is the specific choice of carton thickness. If the gram weight of the paper is the same, the cushioning performance of the ridge height will be better, and the hardness will be poor. If the corrugating height is high, the cushioning performance of the paper is poor, but the hardness is good, and the quality has a great relationship with the thickness.

四是印刷方面的问题，一般而言情，印刷所用表面积大的话，费用就相对高一些，当然这也要看箱体颜色的种数，纸箱方印刷施工后就无法再次进行修改了，因此一定要与纸箱厂加确认印刷的具体内容。
