Because the production of honeycomb paperboard has a certain technical content, and the relevant national basic research can not keep up, the relevant standards are not perfect; Enterprises have no standards to follow in production, resulting in the confusion of honeycomb paper tray production. It is manifested in backward production technology, chaotic technical parameters and types of models, low production efficiency, obvious monopoly, high price and so on. At present, there are still some problems in honeycomb paper tray, such as structural design, material selection and promotion of composite materials. The main problems are as follows:

1．使用方式落后，不能完全发挥托盘的优点。托盘本身是为配合物流而诞生的一种单元化物流器具，可以说托盘是贯穿现代物流系统各个环节的连接点。但是在我们实际使用中由于规格不统一，造成托盘不能在物流作业链中流通使用，仅局限于企业内部。

1. The use mode is backward and can not give full play to the advantages of the tray. Pallet itself is a kind of unit logistics appliance born to cooperate with efficient logistics. It can be said that pallet is the connection point through all links of modern logistics system. However, in our actual use, due to the inconsistent specifications, the pallet can not be circulated and used in the logistics operation chain, which is only limited to the inside of the enterprise.

2．受托盘周转方式的制约，流通过程成本过高。从调研中可以发现，绝大多数企业的托盘都是在企业内部周转，从而使企业的产品经过多次人工搬运装卸，极大地降了工作效率，相应增加了产品的流通成本，从而降了产品在市场中的竞争力。

2. Restricted by the pallet turnover mode, the cost of circulation process is too high. From the research, it can be found that the pallets of most enterprises are turnover within the enterprise, so that the products of the enterprise have been manually handled and unloaded for many times, which greatly reduces the work efficiency, increases the circulation cost of products, and reduces the competitiveness of products in the market.

3．难以与规格接轨由于目前托盘的规格标准不统一，使的托盘使用不能与运输器具如通用的集装箱等相匹配。企业为了能适应相关的运输工具，不得不向托盘生产企业订购与本企业周转使用规格不一致的托盘，从而增加了企业的出口成本，降了产品的竞争力。

3. It is difficult to be in line with international specifications. Due to the non-uniform specifications and standards of pallets at present, the use of pallets in China can not match with international transportation instruments such as international general containers. In order to adapt to the relevant international means of transport, enterprises have to order pallets with different specifications from their own turnover use from pallet production enterprises, which increases the export cost of enterprises and reduces the international competitiveness of products.
