2定量选配原则

如果瓦楞原纸定量过高，而箱纸板定量不能与其相匹配，则会使瓦楞纸板表面不平整，产生明显的瓦楞条纹，影响外观质量和印刷效果;如果瓦楞原纸定量过，而箱纸板定量过高，二者贴合后会使瓦楞的齿形变形，影响瓦楞纸板的厚度、边压强度及缓冲性能。箱纸板与瓦楞原纸的定量之比一般维持在2∶1比较好。
